Mini Vegetable Garden in Wheat Grass
Anny made a spectacular mini fresh vegetable garden in a wheat grass meadow for an event tasting. Always a hit at grazing stations, this veggie garden features a trio of delicious dips. Talk about edible art!

Canadian Cancer Society
Today is the Canadian Cancer Society's "Make Casual Day Count". In support of the fight against cancer, we were all enthusiastic to participate. However, due to kitchen uniforms, "casual dressing" wasn't really an option. So we went all smiles and modified the theme of the day. We "dressed up" with fancy chef hats and dazzling grins instead. In the diner we have a donation box with proceeds going to the Canadian Cancer Society in the steps to making cancer history.

Our First Post!!!!
It's been quite the journey for Emelle's over the last 11 years in business. We've grown so much and the story of the company and our team is still being written. And we'd like nothing more than to share the stories, with all of you, as we continue making memories. So keep posted and stay tuned for updates as we write and snap pics of events that we’re excited about, delicious dishes that are being created in our kitchen, and all that encompasses our culinary world.
